摘要
针对我国空压机用电多、能耗高的现象,文章分析了空压站普遍存在的设备选型不当、控制方式落后等问题,提出了优化空压机配置、改进流程和管路配置、变频节能、智能监控系统等综合节能改造技术,并通过案例说明节能效果显著。
In view of our country air compressor power, high energy consumption phenomenon, this paper analyzes the air compression station equipment selection exists improper, control way backward, put forward the optimization of air compressor configuration, improved flow and pipeline configuration, energy-saving, intelligent monitoring system, comprehensive energy saving technology, and through the case that remarkable energy saving effect.
