基于模糊认知图的虚拟企业资源关系研究

摘要 虚拟企业为了抓住新出现的机遇而组建,通过整合各成员的资源来构成完整的价值链,以迎合新的需求。资源的丰富程度与质量很大程度上决定了虚拟企业的未来。资源间存在不同程度的积极或消极的影响关系。在组建阶段的伙伴选择中,有必要分析资源间影响关系对于组织整体服务的影响。但这种影响具有模糊性,且会随着组织的动态演化在资源网络中传导。本研究基于资源间关系的以上特点,选取模糊认知图为工具,综合定性与定量分析方法 ,给出量化的分析结果以支持管理者进行决策。 The virtual enterprise(VE) is established to seize new market opportunities. Integrate members' resources to form a complete supply chain to cater new demand. To a great extent, the richness and quality of resource determine the whether the VE was a success. There exists positive or negative influence relation between resources. During partner selection, it is necessary to consider the impact of influence relation. However, it is difficult because of its fuzziness and dynamic. This paper uses fuzzy cognitive map as a tool and gives the principles that combines qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to work out quantitative result so as to support decision making.
