太赫兹脉冲测量技术与其在计量中的应用研究

摘要 随着科技的快速发展,太赫兹脉冲测量技术越来越受到广大行业的关注。本文综述了国内外太赫兹脉冲测量技术的研究情况;阐述了太赫兹脉冲技术的产生原理以及太赫兹脉冲测量技术的类型;最后对太赫兹脉冲测量技术的三种应用进行了详细的分析,并对这三种应用情况进行了对比研究。 With the rapid development of technology, THz pulse measurement technology is more and more by the industry’s attention. This paper reviews the research situation both at home and abroad of terahertz pulse measurement technology; describes the terahertz pulse technology generation principle and types of terahertz pulse measurement technique; at the end of the three applications of terahertz pulse measurement technology are analyzed in detail, and the three application were studied.
