摘要
近年来,现代科学技术和移动通信技术的高速发展使得新媒体不断涌现。本文阐述了传统媒体、声讯电话、手机短信等公共气象服务的发展现状以及新媒体公共气象服务在快速发展的同时呈现出的诸多不足。针对新媒体环境的冲击,探讨了公共气象服务的发展要着力建立健全机制、提高自身能力、挖掘培养人才、精准服务定位、拓宽服务渠道、整合多方资源,即重点在体系建设和品牌树立上下功夫。
In recent years,the rapid development of modern science and mobile communication technology made the new media emerging. The paper described the development status of public weather services traditional media,voice calls,SMS and other public weather services. On one hand,new media showed a rapid development on the other hand,it exposed so many problems. Focused on the impact of the new media environment, the development of public weather services need establishing a sound mechanism,improving abilities,personnel training, positioning service precisely,expanding service channels,and integrating multiple resources. That is focused on system building and branding.
