基于C#的气象下行资料监控系统设计与实现

摘要 中国气象局通过CMACast系统每日下发的气象资料种类很多,数据量很大。根据气象预报预测及决策气象服务需求,用C#编程语言结合SQL Server2005数据库技术,以及ASP.NET网页开发技术,设计并实现了CMACast气象下行资料监控系统。该系统实现向预报预测用户提供准确、及时的CMACast下行气象资料接收情况查询及其服务器网络状态的监控,是预报预测、决策气象服务等常规业务工作中不可缺少的系统平台。本文主要介绍了该系统的总体设计目标、功能模块以及实现的关键技术,为地市级台站气象下行资料监控系统的设计与开发提供参考。 The China Meteorological Administration through meteorological data type CMACast system daily issued many, large amounts of data. According to the weather service demand forecast and decision-making meteorological, combined with SQL Server2005 database technology with C# programming language, and ASP.NET web development technology, design and implementation of CMACast meteorological downlink data monitoring system. The realization of CMACast downlink monitoring provides accurate weather information, timely receiving status query and server network state to forecast user of the system is an indispensable system platform, forecast, decision-making meteorological service routine in work. This paper mainly introduces the overall design goal, the function of the system modules and the realization of the key technology, provides the reference for the design and development of the Municipal Meteorological downlink data monitoring system.
