The WCF is an SOA platform for rapid development of distributed systems provided by Microsoft. In this paper, the key processes of a tax distributed information system by WCF are shown. The result shows that the WCF is an easy solution for the integration of old and new tax systems, and it has broad application prospects in tax system development.
