基于Labview的微焦点X射线源供电系统人机界面设计

摘要 微焦点成像技术以其优越的成像性能得到了越来越多的关注与应用。微焦点X射线源作为微焦点成像设备的核心部件,其性能好坏决定着整台成像设备设计的成败。本文针对微焦点X射线源供电系统的需求,基于单片机的硬件控制平台,采用高效的图形化编程语言Lab VIEW,设计开发了人机交互系统,通过RS485接口实现了对微焦点X射线源各极电源的实时监控。 Due to its superiority in imaging, the technique of Micro-Focus radiography is getting more and more attention. The micro-focus x-ray Source is the heart part of the Micro-Focus radiography machine, and its performance determines that of the machine. This article gives details about the design of the human-machine interaction system for the power system of the micro-focus x-ray. The interaction system is designed based on MCU hardware platform and Labview software platform. Using the RS485 interface, the system can monitor the status of the power system in real time. The system has the merits of convenient development, high stability, easy operation and better extensibility.
