摘要
出版者怎样快速识别一稿多投、新编辑如何快捷有效地取舍来稿,是编辑部经常遇到的问题。介绍了我编辑部利用稿件追踪系统识别一稿多投和提高来稿取舍效率的实践方法。建议每个编辑部都加入稿件追踪平台,做到在稿件送审前和刊发前对其进行追踪核查,最大限度降低一稿多投造成的资源浪费,减少因不能识别一稿多投所致的一稿多发等学术不端行为。
Our editorial office's practices and methods to prevent multiple submission and duplicate publication with manuscript tracking system were introduced. We advise that every editorial office should join the manuscript tracking platform, and examine the manuscripts before senting them to reviewers and publishing. With our joint efforts, the multiple submission will disappear completely.
