155Mbps光纤收发模块用于低速异步串行通信的设计

摘要 155Mbps的光纤收发模块一般用于100Mbps光纤以太网通信,接口电平通常为PECL的差分信号,由于光功率过饱和的原因,通常要求发送信号调制后发送,正常情况下不能直接用于中低速异步串行通信。支持中低速通信的光纤模块一般价格为150元,而155Mbps的光纤模块价格一般不到70元。若将少于10元成本的单片机用于155Mbps光纤模块上,并能解决中低速数据的光纤通信问题,有一定的应用价值。
