北京市建设社区电子化公共服务平台的需求调查分析

Investigation analysis of community the needs for building the electronic public service platform in Beijing

通过对北京市城市化发展水平与社区公共服务状况的调查和分析,尤其是通过对北京市社区居民的社区公共服务的需求种类的调查和分析,从首都未来发展的角度,在公共服务制度安排上,提出需要建立系统化的能够满足社区居民公共服务需求的电子化公共服务平台,以解决目前由于社区规模扩张过快,社区公共服务水平低下而不适应社区居民需求的现实矛盾等一系列社会问题。建设电子化社区公共服务平台是缓和我国城市化快速发展、人口基数继续膨胀和人口老龄化等问题所引发的一系列社会矛盾的一种积极的公共服务应对方式,值得引起政府部门重视。

In this article the author's view is to investigate the development level in Beijing urbanization and the community public service status in,specially to investigate the community residents' demand category.From the perspective of the future development of the capital and the arrangement for the public service system,the article that it is supposed to establish a systematic electronic public service platform which satisfies the public service demand of community residents.With it,a series of social problems,for example,the earthy conflicts of inadaptable to community residents' demand caused by rapid expansion of community size and low level of community public service,could be solved.Establishing the electronic public service platform is a sort of positive coping style of public service,devoting to relieving a series of social conflicts caused by rapid development of urbanization,increasing expansion of population base,and aging of the population.So this thesis is worth causing the attention of authorities.
