研究生自身特征与教育要点分析

摘要 研究生群体在新时期有了新的特征,研究生教育需要改变。本文先从社会定位、经济独立、社交需求方面对研究生的自身特征进行了分析;然后将研究生的主要任务分为科研、实习、学业、活动、情感五方面,并按重要性顺序分别进行分析;最后在研究生自身特征和主要任务分析的基础上,从导师、管理部门、学生、制度四方面对研究生教育要点进行了阐述。 Graduate Education should be changed following the changing characters of graduate students.This paper firstly analyzes the characters of graduate students from its positioning,economic independence and social demands,then divides their main tasks into research,internship,study,activities,emotion and analyzes them by sequence,and finally illustrates the education issues from four aspects of tutor,managerial department,student and the whole system.
