碳交易市场的利益博弈问题研究——基于层次分析法和夏普利值法视角 被引量:2

Research on the Interest Distribution of Carbon Trading Market——Based on the Perspectives of the Method of AHP and Shapley Value

摘要 理论上统一的碳交易市场可以使各参与者获取更多的收益,而目前碳交易市场收益分配机制不完善,严重影响碳交易市场的功能发挥。对此,本文运用传统的夏普利(shapley)值法对碳交易市场中的合作收益进行分配,然后引入碳交易市场各参与者所承担的风险因素对收益分配结果进行修正。具体做法是:根据专家打分结果和层次分析法(The analytic hierarchy process,简称AHP)法计算得到碳交易市场各参与者的风险系数,然后根据得到的风险系数修正原有收益分配,得到最终分配结果。算例结果表明,考虑风险因素的分配机制可提高碳交易市场各参与者的积极性,提高全国统一碳市场的活跃度,本文的研究结果可为碳交易市场政策制定者提供参考。 Through establishing Carbon Trading Platform(Carbon Trading Alliance) in the Carbon Trading Market,each participant can benefit more from the cooperation. But, the distributing mechanism of earnings of the market nowadays has a great influence on the development of Carbon Trading Platform. Based on that, the paper firstly utilize the traditional shapley value method to distribute the cooperative earnings of the Carbon Trading Market. Then, the risking factors taken by alliance members were brought in, and the weights of risks obtained trough the method of AHP, and risking coefficient was received. At last the existing results were corrected and the final distribution results were obtained.Finally, an example is used to verify the theory above. The research results show that the allocation system, taking risking factors into account, can improve the members’ enthusiasm to participate in the Carbon Trading Platform and promote the development and improvement of the Carbon Trading Platform and the market. Therefore, the results of this paper can provide a reference for policymakers of Carbon Trading Market.
