生命周期视角下科技项目关键成功因素的探索

Analysis on Critical Success Factors(CSFs) of Science and Technology Project Based on Lifecycle Theory

在对项目成功因素总结的基础上,提炼出科技项目立项、启动、实施、结项和后评价五个生命周期阶段的关键成功因素涉及到项目负责人能力、人力资源、经费预算、科学计划、上级支持、成员参与和有效控制等,并得到了健全项目管理机制、注重人才的引进和培养及提升团队合作精神的管理启示。

With the increasing investment in science and technology funds, the management of science&technology projects in China has become the core issue of management for science and technology. Strengthening the management of science&technology projects to improve its quality and effectiveness, has an important impact for the national innovation ability. This paper summarizes the key factors for success project, divides the life cycle of science&technology projects into five stages, analyses the key success factors of each stage, and propose some suggestions such as perfecting the management mechanism of project, emphasizing on introduction and cultivation of talents and promoting cooperative spirit of group, to reinforce project management and project success.
