1978～2017年我国与主要科技强国科技论文产出发展态势分析

Research on the Papers Output of China and Major Science and Technology Power during 1978～2017

改革开放40年来,我国科技事业取得了举世瞩目的成就。本文从SCI论文产出视角对我国改革开放40年来科技产出取得的成就及存在的问题进行系统分析,并与美国、英国、日本、法国、德国等主要科技发达强国进行横向对比分析。研究结果表明,从2008年开始我国每年SCI论文产出数量连续稳居全球第2,但与排名第1的美国相比仍有不小差距;中国科学院无论从SCI论文产出数量还是质量而言均遥遥领先于其他机构,但高校SCI论文数量增长速度明显加快;我国SCI论文产出中国际合作占比较高,国际合作排名前3位的国家依次为美国、英国和日本。

The Chinas scientific and technology have made remarkable achievements over the past 40 years of reform and opening up.The paper analyzes the achievements and existing problems of scientific and technological output in China during the past 40 years based on SCI,and compare with United States,United Kingdom,Japan,France and Germany.The result showed that China’s annual output of SCI papers ranked second in the world since 2008,however,there is a great gap compared to the United States.The Chinese Academy of Sciences has obvious advantages.The China’s published SCI papers account for a relatively high level of international cooperation.The top three countries in international cooperation are the United States,the United Kingdom,and Japan.
