摘要
随着经济和社会的发展,人们对健康的需求越来越高,传统医疗资源已不能满足人们的健康需求。在'互联网+'的环境下,我国医疗分享模式正在迅速崛起。本文基于3W2H模型的理论框架,围绕客户、目标市场、产品和服务、价值实现和赢利方式五个基本要素,选择名医主刀和好大夫在线两家具有代表性的医疗共享企业作为案例,对其商业模式进行比较分析,为医疗企业进行商业模式创新和转型提供启示。
With the development of economy and society,people’s health needs are getting higher and higher,and traditional medical resources can no longer meet people’s health needs.In the'Internet+'environment,China’s medical sharing model is rapidly emerging.Based on the theoretical framework of the 3W2H model,this paper focuses on the five basic elements of customer,target market,product and service,value realization and profitability,and selects two representative medical sharing companies Ming Yi Zhu Dao and Hao Dai Fu Online as examples to compare their business models.Analysis provides insights into business model innovation and transformation for healthcare companies.
