基于结构方程模型的高校班级凝聚力影响因素研究

Study on Influencing Factors of Class Cohesion in Colleges and Universities Based on Structural Equation Model

班级凝聚力对于培养大学生的的团体精神,促进大学生的发展具有重要意义。本研究采用结构方程模型方法,构建了班级凝聚力模型,探讨影响班级凝聚力的关键因素。研究结果表明:(1)组织认同、制度文化、集体参与和人际关系4个要素是影响班级凝聚力的关键因素;(2)在影响班级凝聚力的4个变量中,人际关系对班级凝聚力的影响最大,其次分别是制度文化、组织认同和集体参与;(3)'组织认同—制度文化—集体参与—人际关系'这一路径是有效提升班级凝聚力的关键路径。

Class cohesion is of great significance for cultivating the team spirit of college students and promoting their development.This paper constructs a class cohesion model by using the structural equation model method,and discusses the key factors that influence class cohesion.The results show that the four factors,such as organizational identification,institutional culture,collective participation and interpersonal relationship,are the key factors affecting the cohesion of the class.In the four variables affecting class cohesion,interpersonal relationship has the greatest influence on class cohesion,followed by institutional culture,organizational identification and collective participation.The path of'organizational identity—institutional culture—collective participation—interpersonal relationship'is the key way to effectively enhance the cohesion of the class.On the basis of the research results,this paper puts forward some Suggestions for improving class cohesion.
