摘要
房地产业为拉动经济和产业发展,推动我城镇化进程为城镇化发展保质保量作出卓越贡献。同时房地产业带来的环境和资源压力以及库存问题也是进入经济发展新常态要求下竭力需要解决的问题。本研究基于产业生态学为理论基础,构建'呼包鄂'地区房地产产业生态系统来研究房地产发展与生态化的协调问题,以产业'资源-生态-经济'的视角解决'呼包鄂'地区房地产存在问题。
The real estate industry is to promote economic and industrial development,and promote the urbanization process to make outstanding contributions to the quality and quantity of urbanization.At the same time,the environmental and resource pressures brought by the real estate industry and the inventory problem are also the problems that need to be solved under the new normal requirements of economic development.Based on the theory of industrial ecology,this study constructs the real estate industry ecosystem of Huhu E area to study the coordination of real estate development and ecologicalization,and solves the real estate of'Hou Bao E'from the perspective of'industry-resource-economy'.There is a problem.
