摘要
创业是解决就业难的有效途径之一,创业研究因此成为当今人力资源管理与开发的研究热点。主要探讨情绪对于创业者的认知过程及创业活动中行为表现的影响,目的在于唤醒创业者对于自身情绪的重视,加强情绪管理,以提高创业绩效。
As one of the efficient ways of solving the employment problem, entrepreneurship research has become a hot point in the respect of human resource management and development. This paper's main task is to discuss the influence of affect on entrepreneur cognitive process and specific behaviors during entrepreneurship activities so as to summon entrepreneurs to pay close attention to their own affect and improve their affect management, thus enhancing entrepreneurship performance.
