摘要
采用5个一级指标和22个二级指标衡量农业企业投资环境,利用Yaahp软件给各指标赋值,构建了农业企业投资环境评价指标体系。利用国家唯一的农业高新技术产业示范区杨凌和西安市2008—2010年相关数据,实证研究两个城市的投资环境,并进行比较分析,发现杨凌示范区农业企业投资环境总体劣于西安市。
5 first order indicators and 22 second order indicators were adopted to measure the investment environment of agricultural enterprises. The weights of the indicators were decided by Software Yaahp , thus the investment environment evalu-ation system of agricultural enterprises was constructed. Based on some 2008-2010 data , a comparison was conducted between Yangling and Xi’an, and it shows that the overall investment environment of Yangling is worse than that of Xi’an.
