欠发达地区中小企业吸纳科技人才问题研究——以河南省为例

Research on absorbing science and technology talents of large and mediumsized enterprises in less-developed areas In Henan as an example

由于经济环境的限制,长期以来欠发达地区中小企业科技人才匮乏,严重制约了当地经济、社会发展。文章以河南省为例,通过研究欠发达地区中小企业特征及科技人才的需求特征,从宏观及微观角度,提出欠发达地区中小企业吸纳科技人才对策。

Because of the restriction of the Economic environment conditions , there has a shortage of scien-tific and technological talents for a long time in Small and medium-sized enterprise in less-developed areas , which restrains the local economy and social development. In this paper , the study on the characteristics of Small and medium-sized enterprise in less-developed areas and the Scientific and technological personnel demand characteristic, puts forward countermeasures of absorbing scientific and technological talents for Small and medi-um-sized enterprise in less-developed areas from the macro and micro angle.
