Retrospect and Prospect of Chinese College Students' Entrepreneurship Policy

鼓励大众创新创业已成为时代发展的迫切需要,梳理近20年政府出台促进大学生创业的政策和措施,分成四个阶段总结了我国创业政策从起步、探索到扩展和深化的变化历程,梳理和分析20年来我国大学生创业政策的特点以及存在的问题,并对未来政策发展进行展望。

Encouraging the public to innovate and entrepreneurship has become an urgent need for the development of the times.This paper summarizes the policies and measures adopted to promote college students’ entrepreneurship by the government from 1999,and divides into four stages which represent the policy from starting,exploring to expansion and deepening.This paper analyzes the Chinese college students’ entrepreneurship policy for twenty years,and reviews the development of policy in the future.
