先进装备制造业创新人才孵化能力评价及提升策略——以佛山为例

Research on Evaluation and Promotion Strategy of Innovative Talents Incubation Ability in Advanced Equipment Manufacturing Industry——Take Foshan as an Example

在国家实施"中国制造2025"战略背景下,佛山作为珠江西岸先进装备制造产业带打造的核心区域,正着力推进先进装备制造业转型升级发展。在此过程中,创新人才短缺已经成为制约装备制造企业转型的关键瓶颈。要对影响先进装备制造业创新人才孵化能力的内外因素进行分析,从创新人才孵化环境、孵化条件、孵化过程和孵化结果这四个维度来构建其评价指标,提出佛山先进装备制造业创新人才孵化能力提升策略,为推动佛山先进装备制造业发展提供坚实基础。

Under the background of the country’s implementation of the"Made in China 2025"strategy,Foshan,as the core area of the advanced equipment manufacturing industry belt in the west bank of the Pearl River,is making efforts to promote the transformation and upgrading of advanced equipment manufacturing.In this process,the shortage of innovative talents has become a key bottleneck restricting the transformation of equipment manufacturing enterprises.It is necessary to analyze the internal and external factors that affect the ability of innovative talents in the advanced equipment manufacturing industry,and construct their evaluation indicators from the four dimensions of innovative talent incubation environment,incubation conditions,incubation process and incubation results,and propose the strategy of improving the incubation ability of innovative talents in Foshan advanced equipment manufacturing industry,which can provide a solid foundation for promoting the development of Foshan’s advanced equipment manufacturing industry.
