摘要
高校培养师范生的科研创新能力不仅能增强师范生本身的专业素养,而且能对国家基础教育事业的改革起到深化作用。然而,高校长期对师范本科生的科研创新能力培养认识不到位和培养不充分,造成了基础教育师资水平不高,影响了整体教育科研能力。从培养师范本科生科研创新能力的必要性、存在的问题和挑战以及相应对策和措施的角度来展开论述,旨在提高师范本科生的科研创新能力,为基础教育课程培养出大批优秀合格的创新型教师队伍。
Normal undergraduate students are the mainstay of the development of education,shouldering the heavy responsibility of educating primary and secondary school students to grow into a material,and play a key role in the long-term development of the country and society and the cultivation of talents.Therefore,the ability of colleges and universities to train students’ scientific research and innovation can not only enhance the professional quality of normal students,but also deepen the reform of the national basic education.However,the longterm understanding of the undergraduate students’ research and innovation ability training is not enough and the training is not sufficient,which has caused the level of basic education teachers to be low,which has affected the overall educational and scientific research ability.This paper discusses the necessity,existing problems and challenges of cultivating the scientific research innovation ability of normal undergraduate students,as well as the corresponding countermeasures and measures,in order to improve the scientific research innovation ability of normal undergraduate students,training a large number of qualified and innovative teachers for the basic education curriculum.
