我国中小企业融资租赁问题研究

Research on China's SMEs' Financial Leasing

市场经济的稳定持续发展离不开中小企业的科学经营管理工作,中小企业作为我国民营经济的重要组成部分,能够为社会民众提供大量就业岗位,创造出更多社会经济效益。然而,由于受到市场经济体制和中小企业自身特性的影响,中小企业建设发展普遍存在着融资困难、运营资金短缺等问题,不利于中小企业和谐稳定发展。因此,我国要大力研究发展融资租赁业务,以融物代替传统融资方式,帮助中小企业解决融资困难问题,满足中小企业经营发展的资金需求。

The stable and sustainable development of the market economy is inseparable from the scientific management of small and medium-sized enterprises.As an important part of China’s private economy,small and medium-sized enterprises can provide a large number of jobs for the public and create more social and economic benefits.However,due to the influence of the market economic system and the characteristics of SMEs,the development of SMEs generally has problems such as financing difficulties and shortage of working funds,which is not conducive to the harmonious and stable development of SMEs.Therefore,China should vigorously study the development of financial leasing business,replace traditional financing methods with melting materials,help SMEs solve financing difficulties,and meet the funding needs of SMEs for business development.This paper will further analyze and discuss the issue of financial leasing of SMEs in China.
