近年来,我国各大高校纷纷实行扩招,大学毕业生数量剧增,再加上社会就业机制的转变,使得大学毕业生就业形势越来越严峻。将新疆大学生就业能力培养教育改革作为研究课题,通过介绍新疆大学生就业能力,分析新疆大学生就业难的原因,对新疆大学生就业能力培养教育改革展开探讨。

In recent years,China’s major colleges and universities have implemented enrollment expansion,the number of university graduates has increased dramatically,and the development of social employment mechanism has made the employment situation of college graduates more and more severe.This paper takes the reform of employment ability training of college students in Xinjiang as a research topic.It introduces the employment ability of Xinjiang college students,analyzes the reasons for the difficulty of employment of college students in Xinjiang,and explores the reform of the employment ability training of Xinjiang college students,aiming to study how to promote the employment ability of college students in Xinjiang.The smooth development of education reform provides necessary reference.
