摘要 近几年,我国的学生评教工作在借鉴欧美大学实践经验的基础上得到一定发展,但是仍然存在改进的地方。首先介绍高校教师评价考核工作,阐明科学合理的高校教师考核评价制度对于建立优秀的师资队伍的重要性;其次,对课程评价的概念进行介绍,明确课程评价工作是高校教师评价体系的重要环节,并阐明斯坦福大学课程评价的特点,提出对我国高校学生评教工作的启示。 In recent years,China’s student evaluation work has been developed on the basis of the practical experience of European and American universities,but there are still areas for improvement.This paper first introduces the evaluation and assessment of college teachers through some policy provisions,and clarifies the importance of a scientific and reasonable evaluation system for college teachers in establishing an excellent faculty.Secondly,through the introduction of the concept of curriculum evaluation,it is clear that the course evaluation is an important part of the teacher evaluation system,and Stanford University as an example,to clarify the characteristics of Stanford University curriculum evaluation;Finally,in view of the shortcomings of our country’s student evaluation of teaching work,combined with the excellent experience of Stanford university,to our country’s university student evaluation of teaching work put forward some Suggestions.
