地方高校与地方产业、行业、企业融合,充分发挥各自的优势和特点,实现校企合作,产教融合,协同育人,助力学生成才,教师成长,实现学校内涵发展,助力企业转型升级,实现高校、企业或行业、教师、学生多方共赢,既为社会培养更多高素质应用型人才,也更好地服务地方经济高质量发展。以郑州升达经贸管理学院在校企合作、协同育人方面的探索实践为例进行了思考和总结。

Local University integrating with local industry and enterprise can give full play to their respective advantages and characteristics,realize school-enterprise cooperation,integration of production and education,collaborative education,which can also help students succeed in their learning,grow teachers,realize school’s connotative development,and help enterprises transform and upgrade.University,enterprise or industry,teachers,and students will win in many ways,not only train more high-quality applied talents for the society,but also better serve the high-quality development of the local economy.This article takes Zhengzhou Shengda University of Economic,Business &Management as an example to discuss and summarize the exploration and practice of school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education.
