“大众创业、万众创新”背景下高校体育育人模式探究

Research on the Educational Model of Sports Specialty in Sports Institutions Driven by the Background of “Mass Entrepreneurship and Mass Innovation”

在我国"大众创业、万众创新"的新时代背景下,挖掘我国体育院校中制约体育专业育人模式不适应时代发展的突出问题,从而进行分析,并着重从明确人才培养质量标准、调整创新人才培养机制、健全创新创业教育课程体系、改革教学方法和考核方式、强化创新创业实践、改革教学和学籍管理制度、加强教师创新创业教育教学能力建设等几个方面提出建议与对策。

Under the background of the new era of"mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation"in China,this paper digs out the outstanding problems that restrict the mode of Physical Education Specialty in physical education colleges and universities in our country,and then makes an analysis,focusing on clarifying the quality standard of personnel training,adjusting the mechanism of innovative personnel training,improving the curriculum system of innovative entrepreneurship education,reforming teaching methods and assessment methods,and strengthening it.Suggestions and countermeasures are put forward in such aspects as innovating entrepreneurship practice,reforming teaching and student status management system,and strengthening teachers’ innovative entrepreneurship education teaching capacity building.
