The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is an important way to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.The acceleration to transformation and application of sci-tech achievements is of great significance to adjustment and upgrading of Huangshi’s industrial structure.This paper analyzes the status and constraints on the transformation of sci-tech achievements in Huangshi city and puts forward workable suggestions.
