摘要
激励是现代企业管理中最重要、最基本的职能。重视对员工激励,对现代企业提高员工积极性、主动性和创造性,提高企业经营效率和经营业绩具有重要作用。针对企业员工激励,基于马斯洛需要层次理论,通过调研分析,从市场可行性、技术可行性、人力资源可行性和经济可行性等方面,分析建立互联网励志服务平台帮助现代企业提高员工管理水平、发挥员工潜能的可行性。
Motivation is the most important and basic function in modern enterprise management.Enterprises attach importance to the staff incentives,so that staff’s enthusiasm,initiative and creativity be fully aroused,and they would constantly study and innovate.Based on the theory of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and through the investigation and analysis,this paper constructs incentive mechanism and analyzes the feasibility of helping employees to realize the motivation.
