摘要 针对大型设备系统大规模互连,运行频率非常高,单一组件故障可能会严重影响大型设备的操作可靠性,给大型设备正常运行带来严重隐患。针对大型设备配件保障问题,总结了大型设备配件保障特点,对配件保障关键技术——故障预测技术进行了深入研究,为提高配件保障管理效率提供了理论支撑。 For large-scale interconnection of large-scale equipment systems,the operating frequency is very high.The failure of a single component may seriously affect the operational reliability of large-scale equipment,which brings serious hidden dangers to the normal operation of large-scale equipment.Aiming at the problem of large-scale equipment parts protection,the characteristics of large-scale equipment parts support were summarized,and the parts guarantee technology-fault prediction technology was deeply studied,which provided theoretical support for improving the efficiency of parts support management.
