地方院校大学生评价指标探析——以X高校为例

Local College Students' Evaluation Index——Take X College as an example

目前社会对大学生能力、素质提出质疑,落后地区地方院校的学生在这方面尤其凸显,本文以X高校为例,从该校大学生评价指标的评价目的、评价方式入手,分析地方院校大学生评价指标中评价目标、考试制度、素质培养目标存在的问题,并从社会方面、学校方面、学生方面探析X高校大学生评价指标存在问题的原因,最后从考试制度的改革、评价主客体关系的改变、改革素质培养模式、奖惩结合等方面提出对构建合理的地方院校大学生评价指标的几点建议。

Currently the community questioned college students' ability, quality, in backward areas where particularly prominent in this regard, the paper takes X university for example, starts from the college students' evaluation purposes, the evaluation methods, analyzes the problems in local college students' evaluation targets, examination system, the quality of the training objectives and explores the reasons of college students' evaluation problems from social aspects, schools, and stu-dents of X college students, and finally put forward suggestions from examination system reform, and evaluate the relation-ship between subject and object, quality training reform several proposals to build a reasonable evaluation model in local uni-versities, combined with other aspects of rewards and punishments.
