摘要
目前,"90后"幼儿教师逐渐成为幼教队伍的主力军。通过调查研究结合"90后"生活背景和年龄特点,分析当前该群体幼儿教师的入职适应优势与困境,为后续的在职培训和教师职前培养提供参考。
At present, post-90s preschool teachers have gradually grown into the main force of our preschool education team. Based on the investigation and research of the post-90s' life background and age characteristics, this paper gives a ra-tional thinking about the advantage and predicament of these preschool teachers' on-board adaptation, and to provide the ref-erence for the following on-the-job training and pre service training.
