摘要
科研是高职院校的三大职能之一,对推动高职院校可持续发展发挥着重要的作用。面对全面提高质量和创新驱动发展的时代要求,教师科研能力评价的重要性日益显现:重数量轻质量、重形式轻内容、重短期轻长远;评价指标单一化、评价标准定量化、评价方法简单化、评价结果功利化等问题的存在,都将在一定程度上对高等职业技术学院的健康发展产生深远的影响。我们依据高职院校办学定位的基本要求,试图从科研内涵的角度,建立起一套具有可操作性的教师科研能力评价体系,并此为导向,促进教师学术水平和专业能力的不断提高。
Research is one of the three functions of higher vocational colleges, vocational colleges to promote sustainable devel-opment plays an important role. Faced comprehensively improve the quality and innovation-driven development of the times, the ability to evaluate the importance of teachers' scientific research increasingly apparent:heavy quantity rather than quality, content in the form of light, light weight short-term long-term;evaluation single, quantitative evaluation criteria and evaluation methods existence simplistic, utilitarian evaluation results and other issues, will have a profound impact to some extent on the healthy devel-opment of higher vocational and technical colleges. Our basic requirements based on the orientation of running colleges, scientific connotation from the perspective of trying to establish a workable research capacity teacher evaluation system, and this is a guide to promote the continuous improvement of teachers' academic and professional competence.
