摘要
在幼儿园教学中,良好的师幼互动能够有效提高教学质量,在师幼互动中,幼儿教师应当保持对幼儿充分的尊重,并且也要有适当的要求。本文分析了师幼互动中尊重与要求的关系,并且提出了师幼互动中的工作要点。
In kindergarten teaching, good teacher-child interaction can effectively improve the quality of teaching in the tea-cher-child interaction;preschool teachers of young children should be kept fully respected, and must also have the proper requirements. This paper analyzes the teacher-child interaction in respect with the requirements of the relationship, and pro-posed work points in teacher-child interaction.
