摘要
结合工作实践,本文探讨了班导师应如何管理大学生,使班集体具有凝聚力和朝气;同时,结合专业教师的特长,对学生进行专业指导,提高学生专业兴趣和素养,及时为就业和考研做准备。
Combine with work practice, this paper discusses how to manage class tutor students, so class group cohesion and vitality; at the same time, combined with the professional expertise of teachers, professional guidance for students to improve their professional interests and literacy, timely prepare for employment and Pub Med.
