参与式园本教研运行机制探析——以岳麓区E幼儿园为例 被引量:1

摘要 十几年来,幼儿园园本教研的发展经历了从无到有,从单一化到多样的发展过程,形成了案例研讨、课题研究、听课—说课—评课、教师研究工作坊和参与式园本教研等多种园本教研的模式。参与式园本教研区别其他类型的园本教研主要在于教师参与幼儿园教育教学活动计划、目标、内容的制定过程;在参与式园本教研活动的组织与实施过程,教师自始至终都是教研的主体。参与式园本教研的运行机制成为本论文的研究重点。 Over the past decade, the development of teaching and research experience of Kindergarten from scratch, from a single to a variety of development process, the formation of case studies, research, lectures-Lessons-observation and evalu-ation, teacher workshops and participatory research Kindergarten the research in a variety of parks and other modes of tea-ching and research.
