摘要
近几年随着神经肌肉系统理论与本体感受性理论及运动链理论的发展与提出,越来越多的学者及基层教练发现核心力量在竞技体育运动项目中的重要地位。同时,将核心力量训练理论与方法运用在青少年篮球运动员体能训练中,对提高青少年篮球运动员的身体素质,乃至运动技术的提高有着非常重要的作用。但是,目前仍然有许多基层青少年篮球教练员对核心训练方法与理念还是停留在初步的概念与零散的手段上,还不能完全领会到青少年核心力量训练的实质和要点,因此,还不能为青少年篮球运动员专项力量的提高和专项技术水平的改善起到重要的作用。

However, there are still many grassroots youth basketball coaches core training methods and ideas are still stuck on the initial concept and scattered means, it can not fully comprehend the essence and core strength training teenagers points, therefore, can not be for youth basketball athletes enhance and improve the technical level of the special play an important role.
