With the further deepening of reform and opening up, the changes of domestic and international situation and mul-ti culture has brought many difficulties to the management of College students. This article mainly from the student manage-ment mode, concept, environment, management team and other aspects of the system, analyzes the college student manage-ment work at this stage of the dilemma, and gives corresponding solutions to the problems.
