大自然的科学与人的技术

Natural Science and Technology of Human

一直以来,成为"科学"巨人的问题干扰着国人,如从诺贝尔奖颁发以来,没有一个在大陆土生土长的并在中国大陆开展科学研究的中国人获得过科学类的奖项;又如钱学森关于大师的思考;中国大陆对基础科学的贡献等等。本文试图从科学和技术的属性出发,提出"大自然"的科学与"人"的技术,将科学和技术的属性进行界定,为科学研究给予新的内涵,并赋予科学管理的新理念。

All along, a 'scientific' Giant interfered with people's problems, such as the Nobel Prizes since no one on the mainland and to carry out scientific research native Chinese who won science awards in China; and Qian Xuesen on Masters thinking; Chinese mainland contributions to basic science and so on. This paper attempts to depart from the properties of science and technology, that 'nature' of science and the 'human' technology, science and technology will attribute to define,giving new meaning for scientific research, and to give the new concept of scientific management.
