本文主要围绕大连市汽车制造产业群的发展,分析了适应地方经济发展的高职人才培养模式,并介绍了高职人才培养主导模式——工学结合职业活动导向的人才培养模式构建的思路与构建过程,工学结合的汽车制造与装配技术专业人才培养模式,对于提高人才培养质量、推进高职院校在专业改革、工学结合等方面具有一定的参考价值。

This paper mainly focus on the development of Dalian automobile manufacturing industry group, analyzes the talent training model of local economic development, and describes the dominant mode of vocational training personnel- thinking engineering combine professional activities oriented training model building and construction automobile manufacturing and assembly process technology professional training model, combining learning with, for improving the quality of personnel training, promoting vocational colleges have some reference value in the professional reform, combined with other aspects of engineering.
