以多元智能理论为指导的商务英语人才培养模式——以非商贸类高职院校为例 被引量:1

摘要 全球经济一体化,要求人才培养应走复合型和高技能型路线。高职院校商务英语人才,在近年的国际商贸人才市场中,受到了普遍的欢迎,需求量逐年上升。然而,以工科类专业为主的非商贸类高职学院,其商务英语专业的学生总体水平较弱,市场就业的竞争力不强。因此,反思和改革非商贸类高职院校的商务英语专业人才培养,就变得尤为重要。本文依据多元智能理论为基础,利用工科类专业为主的高职学院优势,围绕学生的自身优势资源,从课程设置、培养目标和师资优化等方面,将学生培养成符合"厚基础、宽口径、活岗位"三大要求的复合型人才,以此提升该类学生在职场的竞争力。 Global economic integration, personnel training requirements should take complex and highly skilled routes. College Business English talents, talent market in international trade in recent years, has been widely welcomed, demand is rising year by year. However, with the non-engineering majors based commerce Vocational College, its business English majors overall level of weak employment market less competitive. Therefore, business English professional training reflection and reform of non-commercial vocational colleges, it becomes particularly important. In this paper, based on multiple intelligence theory, the use of engineering majors based vocational college advantage of its superior resources around the students, from the curriculum, and teacher training objectives optimization, etc., will be trained to meet the 'thick foundation students, wide caliber live job, ' the three requirements of compound talents, such students in the workplace in order to enhance competitiveness.
