中职学校在进行商务专业人才培养时,其课程设置的主线一般是以学科为基础的,其课程体系一般比较传统,培养模式也比较固定,这种情况下培养出来的学生不具有足够的社会适应能力和实践能力,可以说对于国际贸易人才的培养存在着诸多不足。本文从这个方向入手,深入分析传统培养模式的现状与弊端,研究人才培养途径改革的新方向与新目标,并重点提出了创新探索的具体方案,即"2+1"课程设置,以期对这一问题作出有益思考。
