摘要
本文针对幼儿教师教学反思缺乏主动性、内容缺乏深刻性、途径缺乏多样性及反思结果缺乏有效性等问题,提出了相应的对策建议。
This article in view of the preschool teachers' teaching reflection way lack of initiative, lack of profundity, the lack of diversity and the result of reflection problem such as lack of effectiveness, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
