摘要
2014年5月28日,中共中央办公厅印发《中国共产党发展党员工作细则》,首次提出了慎重均衡发展党员的提法。本文通过对中央文件的解读,从"慎重"和"均衡"两个要素对党员的党性修养和组织纪律性的影响进行分析和辩证思考,认为这是加强党员党性修养和组织纪律性的前提和基础。
In May 28, 2014, the CPC Central Committee issued the 'Communist party of China's development work rules,' first proposed the development of party members carefully balanced formulation. Through the interpretation of the central documents from two elements 'cautious' and 'balanced' accomplishment and influence of party organization and discipline of party members to analyze and dialectical thinking, that this is to strengthen the party spirit and party discipline of the premise and foundation.
