依托名师工作室的民办本科院校教学团队建设

Study on Building Teaching Team of Private-owned Undergraduate Colleges Relying on the Workshop of Elite Teacher

由于发展历史短、学科基础薄弱、办学经费不足等客观因素,民办本科院校的内涵式发展受到制约。名师工作室可以发挥名师和骨干教师的引领作用,搭建教师间互助平台,创新教师人才培养新机制,促进教师专业化成长。本文主要探讨民办本科院校如何依托名师工作室,如何打造高素质、高能力、高水平的教学团队。

Considering the objective factors, which including the short history, weak discipline base, inadequate funding etc,the connotative development of Private-owned Colleges has been restricted. Elite teacher workshops and their teachers can play the leading role in building a collaborative platform for teachers, exploring a new mechanism to cultivate teachers and accelerating teachers to grow up professionally. This paper discusses how the private-owned undergraduate colleges to build team of high quality, high capacity, and high level relying on the elite teacher workshop.
