传统物业模式正快速的向智能化物业转变,那么,现行的物业管理专业人才的培养方案和相应的课程体系已变得不适用,如果这一情况不得到改变,那"毕业即失业"、"用人单位找不到合适人才"的矛盾就无法得到解决。所以,以职业能力为导向培养物业管理专业人才就是在充分了解市场需要人才的基础上,调整培养方案和课程体系,本文以本科层次的物业管理专业培养作为探讨的主要对象,期望提升本科层次大学生的职业竞争力,为该行业培养更多的"上手快后劲足"的中、高端人才。

Traditional property model is rapidly changing to the intelligent property, then the current training program of property management professionals and the corresponding curriculum has become NA, if the situation does not get changed,that the 'Graduation is unemployment,' 'employers can not find the right people, ' the contradiction can not be resolved. So,in order to train professional competence-oriented property management professionals is to fully understand the needs of the market on the basis of talent, adjust training programs and curriculum, this paper undergraduate level property management professional training as the main target of exploration, hoping to enhance the undergraduate level college students the professional competence, training more 'on deft enough stamina' for the industry, the high-end talent.
