摘要
大学生网络成瘾问题已成为一个不可忽视的公共卫生问题。多数大学生网络调查表明:大学生网络成瘾的发生率为10%~20%不等,且以中轻度为主,文章以辅导员利用团体辅导实施的"成长训练计划"对大学生网络成瘾干预实施为例,分析辅导员在对大学生网络成瘾干预中所能起到的作用,提升辅导员的队伍专业化水平。
College students' Internet addiction has become a public health problem which can not be ignored. Most college students online surveys showed that the incidence of college students' Internet addiction is about 10-20%, and given priority to with the mild. Based on implementation case that counselors use 'growth training plan', which is on the implementation of group counseling, to intervene in the college students' Internet addiction, the passage analyses the role that counselors can play in the college students' Internet addiction intervention and enhance the counselors' specialization level.
