Research on Construction of the University Students Learning Party Branch in Micro Era

本文分析了微时代特征,综述了微时代高校学生学习型党组织建设的研究现状,并从微时代对大学生影响、目前研究的不足等方面探讨了微时代建设高校学生学习型党组织的挑战,并结合高校学生学习型党组织建设新要求,提出了要转变学习观念和方法、构建"LACMS"("五位一体")数字化信息化云数据库,以及利用重要活动和时间节点进行宣传和教育,加强对党的路线方针政策的学习等方面的微时代高校学生学习型党组织建设的新举措。

This article analyses the characteristics of micro era, presents the study of the construction of university students learning party in micro era. The challenges that construction of university students learning party are mentioned, with examining effects on university students and the disadvantages of the study of the construction of university students learning party in micro era. Finally, this paper puts forward new measures such as transformation of learning concepts and methods, building cloud database of 'LACMS', including five platforms of Learning, Activities, Conversation, Management and Service combining new media with using major events and timing to learn party's policy to the construction of university students learning party, combined with the new requirements in micro era.
