中国弱势群体权益保护法律制度探析

保护弱势群体不仅是政府的责任,而且是全社会的责任,尤其是强势群体的责任。本文从弱势群体权益保护法的基本原则出发,借鉴国外弱势群体法律保护的成熟经验,针对我国法律在弱势群体法律保护方面存在的问题,重点提出对我国弱势群体法律保护的完善措施,以期抛砖引玉,引起大家对该群体的更多关注,让更多的学者对该群体提出好的建议。
